Dear Arronco,
I just wanted to let you know how very pleased I am with the service we have received over the last month or so. We purchased our heat pump/air conditioner in 2004/2005 and have had constant trouble with one thing or the other with both units. We always had prompt service with our complaints, but, the issues were never fully resolved, until this summer!
I want to express our total satisfaction with Kevin. He was always courteous and the upmost professional in talking with us and explaining the problems and how he would fix them! And believe me what ever he told us he would do...he did! What a relief ! So far so good. I believe the 'OLD' problems to be finally and fully repaired. Kevin was great! I hope that you are proud to have him as a member of your company. Our hats are off to Kevin! He has restored our faith in your company.
I would also like to commend Joyce! She was always great to talk with on the phone. It is certainly a pleasure to speak with someone of her caliber! I hope that you are also proud to have her as a member of your company!
